I had a decent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor. The location is fantastic, as it's near the Inner Harbor and plenty of restaurants. The staff was generally friendly, but I ran into a couple of hiccups during my visit, like hot water issues and some noise from the hallway.
